Adoption Application Parenting Terms and conditions
Parenting fees are listed as follows :
1. Application
& Assessment Fee
2. Adoption Package : covering
one injection of Canine/Feline DHPPI Vaccination, compulsory surgical
desexing operation ( Castration or OHE), post surgery non-blood general
body check, first year of Rabies vaccination, Licence application, processing
& AVID Microchip implantation.

The
Fees involved are only for the medical
and healthcare benefit to the animals.
CAF saves animals irrespective of their age and pre-existing medical conditions. We provide a good and happy home for them waiting for their precious second chance; and the average time for their stay at our Orphanage varies from 30days to several years. CAF has not included any of the feeding and caring cost nor any value of the animal.
We sincerely hope you will donate a bit more to us so that we can help
more animals in need.

appreciates adoption of mixed-breed animals. A special fee deduction will be granted to these adoptors upon management approval. Please
contact us for details at (852)2146-4383 during office hours.
3. Membership
Fee ( if any )

. In case the animal is not fit for any desex operation owing to age or
a particular clinical condition, the adopter hereby agrees the fees paid
will be donated to CJARR to help other
animals in need.
b.
In case the adopter return the adopted animal he/she will automatically
agree the fees paid will be fully donated to CJARR to help other animals in need.

our Parenting Department for an interview arrangement as assessment.
