It is CAF Policy and mission to provide food, foster care and medical care to the animals that need more time to find their new human-parents but never to put a healthy , young re-parentable animal to sleep just because they cannot find a home with a specific period of time.

CAF works towards the goal of "Stop Mishap" by:

• Proactively enforcing measures against animal cruelty issue.
• Educating the fundamental importance of Human-Animal Bond.
• Educating the importance of human- animal co-existence.
• Launching public education on living up with the code of " Responsible Companion Animal Ownership ".
• Launching public education on the concern of companion Animals.
• Developing the "Cruelty-Free culture " in Hong Kong community with education.
• Making public awareness of human betrayal to companion animals via animal testings resulting in unncessary sufferings for animals.

CAF works towards the goal of "No Slay" by:

• Proactively launching our CAF Parenting Work Program, CAF Animal Patronage Program and CAF Foster Parent Program.
• Proactively rescuing abandoned, neglected, sick and abused animals.
• Promoting the respect of animals and thereby minimize animal abandonment.
• Establishing and maintain non-profit making facilities for the provision of animal rescue work.
• Cooperating with the Government to attain "NO SLAY " with a win-win situation.
• Promoting the notion of Neutering-replacing-Killing.
• Encouraging minimizing animal breeding.
• Banning putting wild animals on the human menu.
• Introduction of public heath program on proper hygiene vis-a-vis co-existence with animals.
• Proactively working on stray animals control program.
• Cooperating with other societies of similar goals to promote the respect of companion animals and all life.
