Animal Welfare is not the focus of resources allocation in Hong Kong all along. Companion Animal Federation does not have any funding support from the government . Many resources are required in animal care, feeding and finding a new parent for abandoned animals and CAF relies on every cent you donate to save a life....... and many lives.
