Administrative assistant

In
this position, you will support to a team of people with varied
roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- calendar
management: arranging meetings and conference
calls, scheduling and announcing ongoing meetings with clients,
preparing meeting materials
- maintaining
organization of your manager inbox and filing (both regular
mail and e-mail)
- answering
phone, photocopying and faxing documents
- processing
travel and various reimbursement requests
(with foreign currency exchange where applicable)
- producing
and editing documents under tight deadlines
- Data
input
This
position requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially
Excel and an ability to learn new technologies quickly. You
should be exceptionally good at multitasking, with good organizational
and communication skills. We seek candidates with initiative
who can follow tasks through to completion with little outside
direction.

are looking for dedicated individuals who share the drive, initiative

Reporting
to our Customer Care Manager, you will need to organize and
arrange rescue projects , pull in participants , review their
eligibility on whether or not they will be a qualified and responsible
new parents for abandoned animals.
The
position of parenting officer requires excellent communication
skills and a heart to take care of animals .
Calibres
who are degree holder preferably in animal welfare related discipoine,
or equivalent work experience, including proven negotiation
experience. Computer literacy and bilingual skills are a plus.
Customer Service Co-ordinator

In
our call center, you will be responsible for resolving customer
inquiries, most of them related to animals issues, explanations
on animal behaviour, veterinary care, and other animal welfare
issues.
You will also be free to come up with new ideas for improving
performance.
This
position requires excellent verbal and written communication
skills. You must also have at least six months prior experience
in a call center or as a receptionist. You must have very polite
telephone manners. . Basic math skills and PC/Windows experience
are also required. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced
and rapidly changing environment.

Looking to get started in an animal welfare organization?
Looking forward to getting some part time job with your free
time?
Your
responsibilities will include entering data into our system
and ensuring the accuracy of all completed files on a timely
basis. You will be expected to maintain an average input of
25 to 30 files per day.
This
position requires familiarity with standard office equipment
(e.g., calculator, computer, fax machine, copy machine and telephone).
You must have good verbal communication skills and a matriculation
is most preferred.
Part-time Voluntary Accountant
You will be the one to handle the full set of accounts for us
so that the rest of our
team will dedicate our energy to the welfare and rescue of animals.
