Animal Welfare is not the focus of resources allocation in Hong Kong all along. Companion Animal Federation does not have any funding support from the government in support of animal welfare issues. Many resources are required in animal care, feeding and finding a new parent for abandoned animals and CAF relies on every cent you donate to save a life....... and many lives.
