What is Rescue ?

Many abandoned animals in Hong Kong , if caught by the governement
animal centres, will be put down after 4 days if no owners could be
found.

CAF , as a life-loving organization we would like to spread the importance
of saving abandoned animals. See : CAF Mission .

Please join us to rescue these adorable animals and give them a precious second chance.

The meaning of rescue :
The meaning of rescue is to willingly and whole-heartedly provide a
precious second chance to abandoned animals disregard their breed,
age, past history, reason of being abandoned, physical condition and
live up to the notion of being their life-time parent -
till death shalt thou part.

Notice to participants
1. The resue visit is a private function and is not open to public. It is a rescue function to save animals facing euthanasia organized by CAF with its members. Therefore all participants must be CAF valid members. For membership application details please click here
2. All participants please register with CAF for traffic arrangement.
3. Please kindly let us know which animals you would like to rescue/adopt. Sight-seeing is not welcome. Thank you for your kind undestanding.
4. Please bring along with you address-proof ( such as utilities bills )
5. Please pay relevant fees upon adoption.
6. Participants are required to obey the instructions / guidance of CAF staff during the rescue visits. Uncooperative persons will be required to leave immediately.
7. Should you consider to bring your own animals , please register with us first. Please also make sure your animals are properly vaccinated.
8. Please bring along with you leash & collar/ bag to carry your adopted animal away after the visit.
9. Foster parent must be CAF valid member for over 1 year with written application, followed by interview, home visit and assessment successful .
10. Trial adoption is not acceptable.
